For thousands of years, the Middle East held the secrets to spices that Europeans would bankrupt themselves to acquire. The alchemic knowledge of roasting, grinding and blending the freshest and most fragrant spices was handed down from father to son, mother to daughter over hundreds of generations.

Having spent years studying this art our own spice blends are ground and roasted in small batches to keep them fresh. They are created from the freshest produce and ancient knowledge. Only once you taste our produce will you recognise just what made these ingredients more valuable than gold.
