We reckon they’re the finest nuts on earth. Of course, we’re biased but you just try them and you’ll see what we mean.We’ve sourced the best traditional nut roaster in the Lebanon, who uses two methods depending on the nuts.

The dry roasted nuts are accurately baked to increase the crunch and the intensity of flavour to a remarkable extent. And our batch roasted nuts are individually sorted for quality and roasted in small batches to the exact temperature to suit the nuts. This preserves the alkaloids that give each type of nut its distinctive taste and reduces the water content to ensure a fantastic bite. Most of all, they are not at all oily.  The range will eventually include roasted cashews, macadamias, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, the crunchiest and least oily peanuts you’ve ever tasted and seeds and pulses including chickpeas, roasted corn and pumpkin seeds. They will be available loose by weight and in 500g party bags and we’re hoping they’ll soon become the nuts of choice for hotels and restaurants across the country.
