We’ve been extolling the virtues of the food culture of the Eastern Mediterranean since our humble beginnings on our famous falafel stall in Borough.
Now we’ve established our own enclave in Selfridges world-famous Foodhall, bringing our passion for Levantine speclialities to the finest department store in Oxford Street. It is a golden opportunity for us to reach a new audience and to expand our range of fresh meze, intensely aromatic spice blends, pungent wild herbs, syrups and other exotica. It also allows us to invent new and irresistible recipes for those who lunch in the West End.
For Selfridge’s lunchtime visitors, Arabica’s Meze will allow health-conscious flavour-fiends to create their own blend of salads and cooked treats with a range of healthy fish, meat and vegetarian based lunchboxes and freshly prepared wraps.
Of course, this doesn’t mean we’re losing touch with our roots. The market is still our spiritual home and for those happy to line up for the finest falafel wraps on God’s earth, we’ll be there at Borough and our other sites, faithful as your favourite hound. However, if you desire something in the warm and dry amidst the glamour of Oxford Street’s most renowned store, we’ll be wearing our Sunday best, seven days a week, and will be happy to serve you.
