Standard delivery to most UK postcodes takes three to five working days. Please allow longer for Shetland and Orkney (up to ten working days), and for the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles (up to six working days).
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
Most parcels will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If a parcel is small enough to fit through a letterbox, it may be delivered by Royal Mail, which will not require a signature.
Standard delivery costs to the UK Mainland is £6.95 per order.
Delivery to the Scottish Highland, the Isle Of Wight and Isles of Scilly is £9.95 per order.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man and Scottish Islands is £14.95 per oder.
Delivery to the Channel Islands is £19.95 per order.
Please note we cannot guarantee pre christmas delivery on any orders placed after midnight on Sunday 19th december.
We will be taking a well deserved break, so any orders placed after Tuesday 22nd December will be dispatched on Tuesday 4th January 2011.
Please ensure that you give us the correct address and full postcode where a recipient will be able to accept a package, we don not accept any liability for any parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information or if the recipient is away at the time. If you are not sure if a recipient will be at home, we recommend delivery to a work address where possible.
